About the 30 second test
This length shows how well you can sustain your rate. Expect your average to come in below your 10 second score; a small drop means good endurance, a large one means you are starting too fast.
A steady, relaxed rhythm usually beats an all-out sprint here. If your hand starts to hurt, stop and rest.

Frequently asked questions
Does a higher CPS make me better at games?
Only in games where raw click rate matters, such as some clicker and combat games. In most games, aim, tracking and timing matter far more than clicks per second.
Why is my score higher on shorter tests?
A short test is a sprint. Over longer tests your hand tires and your rate drops, so the same person usually scores lower on 30 and 60 seconds than on 1 or 5.
Why are right and middle clicks not counted?
The test measures left-button speed so scores stay comparable. To test the other buttons, use the double-click test, which registers every button.
Is my best score saved?
Yes. Your best for each length is stored in this browser on this device, and nowhere else. Clearing your browser data removes it.
How this test works
The timer starts on your first left click and runs for exactly 30 seconds. Clicks are timed with the browser's high-resolution event timestamps, and any click that arrives after time is up is not counted. Average CPS is total clicks divided by 30.
